Job Duties and Responsibilities

● Provide production support for Oracle Finance Cloud modules, including the Oracle Finance Lease management module.

● Open service tickets with Oracle and support the business team with any Production issues.

● Work with Oracle on patch releases and testing for the ERP Cloud modules.

● Educate business teams on new features released and provide application demos in a sandbox environment.

● Collaborate with business teams to identify their business needs and objectives.

● Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design solutions using Oracle ERP Cloud modules.

● Ability to work independently and take complete ownership from requirement gathering till deployment

● On time delivery with quality, and good analysis and problem management skills

● Able to troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Skills and Requirements:

● Engineering degree with 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud modules.

● Experience in working with Finance modules, especially Lease management,t is a plus.

● 5 years of experience with BI Publisher, SQL tools

● Experience in working with Oracle support for ERP cloud modules

● Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
