JOB DESCRIPTIONHighlight Top / Key Responsibilities for this positionOverall responsible of Analytical Product Business Growth in IndiaResponsible for making a business plan / strategy for business in India, monitoring & delivering it.Manage Orders POR, weekly order level loading, accurate Planning & forecasting of orders every PD, regular review.Drives & Motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales , mentors the sales teamManage & approve discount requests from sales within AP Guideline. Keeps a regular record of approved DOA.Decide the project wining strategy and successfully implementation.Decide the marketing plan for the product promotion and positioning in marketResponsible for driving the sales force for Proper Product positioning, driving premium for early ship orders and leverage factory capabilityDecide strategies to win against Competition and Implementation.Co-ordinate with regions for timely order processing & clearing Hold or unclean ordersDesired Educational QualificationBE (Chemical/ Instrumentation) with minimum 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in Analytical Business. Experience in dealing with OEM's, EPC's EU's is must. Excellent Sales, Marketing skills.Technical Skills / Knowledge Required To handle Analytical Business , Analytical product portfolio knowledge and territory knowledgeTo handle sales , Knowledge about various commercial terms and conditionsInteracts with customers, CCT Team, Sales team, Finance team & AP Team, manufacturing & supply chainGood Presentation and communication skillCompetition product informationAdditional requirementInterest in Analytical Subject and experience in Analytical Sales field is a mustReady to travel frequentlyLocation- Mumbai
