This is your chance to be part of the revolution - we are inviting applications for our in-house position of Senior Manager-Content About the role: Profile - Senior Manager-Content Role - Full-time Location - Remote Work hours - Mon to Fri / Day Shift You will be: Craft value-driven blog titles that prioritize clarity, curiosity, and reader engagement over keyword stuffing.
Focus on writing compelling, human-centric headlines instead of relying solely on SEO keywords.
Ensure clean and reader-friendly content formatting — avoiding overuse of bold text and maintaining a clear visual hierarchy.
Use visuals intentionally — incorporate relevant, high-quality images or GIFs that support and enhance the blog narrative.
Seamlessly integrate Social Pilot product features into content in a contextual and natural manner, avoiding random or forced mentions.
Collaborate with the product and SEO teams to align content goals with business objectives while maintaining editorial quality.
What are we looking for?5+ years of managerial experience in Content development Prior experience in heading content marketing channels in the B2 B/ Saa S setup in the international markets (preferably for Small & Mid size businesses)Extensive experience in handling & building content & editorial teams Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective content strategy for content marketing campaigns Good understanding of SEO best practices, algorithm updates and proven track record of developing SERP ranking content in U.
S geography.
Strong technical aptitude to understand the challenges a prospect is facing and translate those to business outcomes Social Pilot can deliver Demonstrated background in writing and editing variety of content like blogs, e-books, case studies, white papers, email newsletters etc.
