Role Overview
As a Senior MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing business reporting, building insightful dashboards, and enabling data-driven decisions across retail, e-commerce, and operations. This role plays a critical part in providing leadership with accurate, real-time visibility into business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, automate, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across functions
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for sales, inventory, and overall business performance
Track and analyze inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment cycles
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting through Genesis and other business systems
Consolidate and validate data from ERP, POS, e-commerce, and finance platforms
Identify trends, highlight variances, and share actionable insights with stakeholders
Drive automation and process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize metrics and streamline data flow
What You Bring
2–4 years of experience in MIS, Data Analytics, or Business Reporting
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (mandatory)
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
Prior exposure to retail or consumer business data is a plus
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
Good communication skills and stakeholder management
