Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces, conducting extensive user testing, and collaborating closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality user experiences across our products. You will play an integral role in defining and refining the user experience for both mobile and web platforms, as well as contributing to the development of innovative solutions with our hardware and software teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and redefine UX/UI strategies to enhance the overall user experience.
- Design and develop mobile and web UX/UI interfaces.
- Work on console design to ensure seamless user interaction.
- Conduct extensive user testing to validate design decisions and gather actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, and testing) to explore and analyze the feasibility of design ideas.
- Ensure the creative UX/UI output remains uncompromised during the development process.
- Review designs, solve visual and functional problems, and prototype new ideas.
- Coordinate closely with developers, test teams, and marketing to oversee design implementation from planning to deployment.
- Initiate activities and analyze data from market surveys and consumer studies to improve UX at various stages.
- Collaborate with the hardware and software teams to create innovative, cross-disciplinary solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design or a related field (from a reputable design institute or Tier 1/2 school).
- 4+ years of experience in UX design.
- Previous experience in the automobile, gaming industry, or a similar field (Saa S, e-commerce, mobile apps).
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script) is a plus.
- Certification in UX design or related areas.
