Position - Service Engineer - Color Sorter Location - Chakan, Pune Experience - 1 to 3 year Education - Diploma or Degree in E&TC or Electrical or Mechanical Company has expertise in manufacturing machinery of rice and dal milling with cutting-edge technology in grain and spice processing.
Key Responsibilities: Install and commission new machines at customer locations.
Train operators and service teams on machine operation and maintenance.
Provide technical support and resolve on-site malfunctions.
Conduct safety inspections and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
Prepare service reports, pre-installation checklists, and installation documents.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Trouble shooting / Services of any Electronic equipment Ensure adherence to safety standards and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Travel as required to customer sites.
Skills Required: Strong mechanical or electrical skills; knowledge of basic electronics for color sorter systems.
Clear communication and ability to engage with clients and teams effectively.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in using computers for reporting and technical documentation.
