• Developing, configuring, and customizing the Service Now platform to fit business requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
• Debugging and fixing technical problems
• Knowledge on Service NOW + Service NOW Virtual Agent & experience with Chatbots integrations
• Knowledge on Ansible
• Any open-source language like Python

Good to Have:
