Experience in integrating Service Now with thirdparty applications and systems.

Proficient in Agile development methodologies and related tools.

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Familiarity with ITIL framework and practices.

Experience with Service Now Performance Analytics and Reporting.

Knowledge of Service Now platform administration and configuration.
