Job Responsibilities : Service Now IVA (Chat Bot) Implementation : - Design, develop, and deploy Service Now Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVA) to enhance user interaction and support.

- Customize and configure IVA to meet specific business requirements.

- Monitor and optimize IVA performance to ensure high levels of user satisfaction.

Self-Help Cases Deployment :.

Develop and implement self-help cases within the Service Now platform.

- Ensure that self-help cases are user-friendly and provide effective solutions to common issues.

- Continuously update and improve self-help cases based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

Service Request Automation : - Automate service request processes using Service Now to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.

- Maintain and troubleshoot automated workflows to ensure seamless operation.

Generative AI Integration (Good to Have) : - Explore and integrate Generative AI capabilities within the Service Now platform to enhance IVA and other functionalities.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and recommend innovative solutions to improve service delivery.

Preferred Skills : - Certification in Service Now Administration or Development.

- Experience with scripting languages such as Java Script.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proven experience with Service Now, specifically in IVA (chatbot) development and deployment.

- Strong understanding of Service Now Self-Help Cases and Service Request Automation.

- Experience with Generative AI technologies related to Service Now is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
