Function as team-lead and senior developer working on dot net platform web applications using standard processes to develop and implement software solutions Coach/mentor other developers to assist the team with best practices, code reviews, troubleshooting, estimation, testing, and documentation Work with management and end-users to gather and convert requirements to detail design and technical documentation Lead technically complex, data-driven website implementation projects Application architecture / design / analysis / interfacing as well as hands on development Deliver high quality code in dot net that supports web and windows products Other duties as assigned by manager Required Minimum Qualifications: Dot Net Developer with 5-7 Years of experience in Microsoft dot net and DB Server Experience with large-scale enterprise windows/Web applications deployment usingdot net. Strong understanding and knowledge of Object Oriented Programming concepts. Strong troubleshooting skills applicant must be able to determine the causes of complex problems Any domain experience. Code and build prototypes for demo models Develop project specific customized components Create software design document and test cases document Plan and track project activities and peer code reviews TECHNICAL SKILLS (Mandatory) C#, VisualBasicdot net, XML, SQL Server Microsoftdot net, ASPdot net, ADOdot net, Web Services, Windows Services.
