This position is responsible for providing software testing and validation services. The ideal candidate will be able to perform functional, regression and automation-testing using tools creatively to identify problems in software functionality. Responsibilities include conducting QA testing on enterprise grade software, providing expertise on troubleshooting errors, create/execute test plans, develop high coverage test cases, manage and organize test sets, provide detailed technical analysis, and advocate good software engineering practices. Primary Responsibilities Manage testing schedule and communicate testing progress. Design, develop, and execute test cases using test plans and functional specifications. Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan. Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data and data validation. Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes. Responsible for writing test scripts using selenium creating framework from scratch. Generating reports of the test cycle. Requirements Experience Knowledge of Manual or Automation. Design, develop, and execute test cases using test plans and functional specifications. Knowledge of writing automation test scripts using Selenium. Candidate must be an individual player with minimum supervision
