The Sourcing Manager - Real Estate, will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, market research, and Channel Partner engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market and a proven track record in Sourcing in the Real Estate Market through a wide range of Channel Partners.
Role & Responsibilities :- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving Sourcing initiatives in the real estate space.- Build and maintain a strong network of clients and channel partners to generate leads through collaborations with IPCs and local broker networks.- Deliver high standards of customer service and nurture key client relationships through excellent verbal, presentation, and communication skills.- Confidently engage with and present to senior leadership and high-level stakeholders.- Previous experience in real estate with developer environments preferred.
Skill-set required:- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.- Strong hold over the CP network.- Excellent negotiation, convincing, and deal-closing skills.- High attention to detail and ability to manage challenging projects.- Proven track record in handling large-scale projects and driving it successfully through successful CP collaborations.- Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, and analytical skills related to deal structuring and closure.
Experience & Qualification:- Minimum 02 years of experience in real estate, with exposure to large-scale transactions and channel partners.- Any MBA or Any Bachelor’s with Real Estate background, with hands-on experience in Sourcing.
