Your responsibilities will include outreach, lead qualification, sales calls, customer onboarding, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Reengagement: Identify leads who started, but did not complete a purchase and proactively approach them to convert those leads to paying customers Sales Calls: Lead sales calls with prospects, conduct product demos, discuss pricing, address product-related inquiries, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our client's offerings Customer Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they have a smooth experience and are set up for success with our products Upsell Opportunities: Identify opportunities for upselling premium features to existing customers Desired Skills and Qualification: Proven experience in inbound lead specialist or a similar role, preferably with a focus on B2 B Saa S products or services are a must Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset Bachelor's degree in BCA/B.
