Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Brand Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing 360-degree marketing campaign strategy, driving brand awareness, and spearheading customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. This role involves a deep understanding of market research, insight mining, and the effective use of marketing automation tools to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company’s goals, focusing on maximizing our brand presence and penetration in the edtech market
360-Degree Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging.
Market Research and Insight Mining: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to gather insights about industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviour. Utilize these insights to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
SEO and Content Marketing: Oversee SEO strategies and content marketing efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic and engagement.
Marketing Automation and Technologies: Utilize and manage marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes and personalize customer interactions.
Brand Awareness and Positioning: Enhance brand visibility and positioning through innovative marketing tactics and strategic partnerships.
Customer Acquisition, Engagement, and Retention: Design and implement targeted strategies for customer acquisition, build engaging customer relations programs, and develop retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team and build a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction and company growth

Qualifications:
Masters degree from top tier MBA College
3 years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record in strategic planning, team management, and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills and experience with market research, SEO, and marketing automation tools.
