About the role :
We are seeking to appoint a Strategy leader for the function. The designate will be responsible for designing and executing on key Strategic priorities e. G. growth strategy.
Charter/Role expectations:
1. Growth Strategy – Development & Execution
- Development/identification of key trends, market discontinuities, competition and partner ecosystems to arrive at relevant implications and actions for the organization on an ongoing basis. - Develop and operationalize key growth priorities/levers in tandem with market units, global business lines and functions.
- Lead and contribute in design & program management/execution to achieve desired outcomes.
- Lead evangelization initiatives across internal and external stakeholders/associates across all key priorities.
- Orchestrate organization level budget/planning to finalize areas of growth and execution plans in collaboration with business units and functions.
2. Strategic priorities/topics
- Engage, develop & operationalize POVs on topics of strategic significance.
- Collaborate, engage with business unit stakeholders to align and program manage execution/operationalization.
- Proactive engagement with external ecosystem partners such as analysts, advisors, industry forums, consulting firms and expert networks to bring in an outside in view to topics of strategic priority and market trends.

- Consulting capabilities- Ability to deal with uncertainty, analytical rigor, agility & execution rigor - Strong communication and articulation skills. (communication for results)
- Building, nurturing and scaling relationships (internal & external) critical to delivering on priorities and outcomes
- Strong and proven ability to drive alignment/change management with diverse set of stakeholders and teams
- Understanding/prior experience/expertise in Technology services, technology trends and execution experience
The ideal candidate will be an inspiring and confident leader with a total work experience of atleast 15+ years in managing organizational change initiatives in a global technology firm.
In addition you will possess or be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience across High Tech / Professional Service industry is highly preferred.
- A track record of effective communication with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises and the ability to manage those relationships, effectively. Public
- Excellent social, communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with delivery as part of a global engagement team with appropriate business acumen. - Intercultural experience & multi-language skills needed.
