Internship Overview
QAAgility is offering a high-impact, research-intensive internship for MBA students from top business schools who aspire to work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and consulting. This role provides exposure to live projects, global client environments, and digital transformation frameworks.
This is not a sales role. The internship is focused on business research, strategic support, proposal writing, and digital program documentation.
Successful candidates will be considered for a permanent role post-internship in business consulting or transformation strategy functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Market & Competitor Research:
- Study industry trends, digital transformation roadmaps, and technology-specific strategies for targeted sectors (BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Energy, etc.).
- Proposal & RFP Support:
- Assist in preparing responses for large-scale global tenders (e.g., Service Now, SAP, Microsoft projects), including documentation, compliance checks, and solution write-ups.
- Pre-Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare pitch decks, case studies, solution overviews, and client-facing collateral.
- Client & Project Documentation:
- Support project teams with documentation for implementation roadmaps, So Ws, Mo Us, and governance reports.
- Strategic Analysis:
- Analyze operational models, transformation frameworks, and delivery approaches to support strategic initiatives.
- Knowledge Management:
- Help structure internal knowledge repositories by categorizing and documenting best practices, past project data, and reusable templates.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA students (1st or 2nd year) from Tier-1/Tier-2 business schools with specialization or interest in Consulting, Strategy, Information Systems, or Digital Business
- Strong academic and analytical background
- Excellent English writing, documentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Power Point and Word); familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, or Share Point is a plus
- Highly self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a remote, collaborative setup
