TAX MANAGER (TORONTO ON) Location: Toronto ON Salary: $100 K $140 K About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this role you will provide expert tax consulting services across various industries including investments high net worth individuals and crossborder taxation.

You will work closely with senior team members and partners contributing to strategic tax planning and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement longterm tax planning strategies.

Collaborate with Tax Partners and senior staff to identify and address tax risks and opportunities.

Manage client engagements and oversee tax compliance across diverse industries.

Prepare and review personal corporate trust and partnership tax returns.

Communicate with tax authorities and clients regarding audits appeals and tax positions.

Develop and document tax strategies ensuring compliance with current legislation.

Stay informed on tax law changes and apply this knowledge to client situations.

Ideal Candidate: CPA Designation: Required In Depth Tax Program: Completed or enrolled Experience: 5 years in Canadian tax consulting at a public practice firm including crossborder tax experience Preferred Background: Experience with Big 4 or midsized firms (EY Pw C KPMG Deloitte MNP BDO Grant Thornton RSM) Skills and Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of corporate personal and trust tax planning and compliance.

Proven ability to manage a team delegate tasks and deliver highquality results.

Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills.

Experience with tax software such as Caseware Jazz It and Quick Books.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.
