We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java and related technologies, and a proven track record of leading technical teams.

Responsibilities : Technical Leadership : - Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

- Define technical architecture and design for complex applications.

- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Development and Maintenance : - Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.

Release Management : - Oversee the release management process, including planning, scheduling, and deployment.

- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth releases.

Incident Management and Support : - Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues.

- Provide technical support to end-users.

Stakeholder Management : - Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams.

- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications : Required : - 5 years of experience in software development.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Web Services.

- Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts.

- Experience in leading technical teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred : - Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker).

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
