Job ID: 34883 Job Level: PT1 Core Job Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon Function: Chief Operations Office (COO) - Employment Type: Permanent Working pattern: Hybrid Why we need this role: The Customer Security Operations Centre (CSOC) is responsible for operation, maintenance, and monitoring of Colts Managed Security product portfolio. As a Tech Lead in Security operations, primary responsibilities are to provide support for Colt Customer security services, with expert level knowledge on technology and operations skills.
Responsible for 24/7 security operations, managing and implementing advanced customer trouble and change requests for DDo S mitigation and managed firewall services, as well as active monitoring and response to security alerts and events.
What we’re looking for: Skills & Experience Self-driven individuals with 5 to 10 years of relevant network security experience Previous experience on medium and large platforms, with multiple security technologies/products Worked under high pressure situations.
Good Incident and Problem Management skills.
Experience in a security operations environment Experience and c ertifications in specific security technologies such as Fortinet, Arbor, Radware, Palo Alto, Cisco, Checkpoint, Cloud Security (SSE/SASE, CASB, ZTNA, DLP, SWG).
Proficiency in routing and networking skills, including the ability to: Troubleshoot BGP and BGP community strings Review and analyze packet captures Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or similar Certified Firewall Administration What we offer you: Looking to make a mark?
