Job Title: Technical Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Technical Manager to lead our engineering teams in building scalable, modern, and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in cloud platforms (preferably Azure), modern development practices, and leading cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Proficiency in Cosmos DB, Graph QL, and other modern technologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor multiple development teams working on cloud-native and enterprise-grade applications.
- Drive technical excellence, architecture decisions, and best practices across teams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Dev Ops to ensure seamless delivery and scalability.
- Oversee full SDLC, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and enforce Scrum methodologies to ensure continuous delivery.
- Champion cloud-first development using Azure and implement high-availability, scalable systems.
- Guide and support teams in integrating Cosmos DB, Graph QL APIs, and other modern technologies.
- Monitor project progress, provide status updates to stakeholders, and mitigate risks proactively.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with strong design and development experience.
- 3+ years in a technical leadership/management role, handling multiple teams.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, etc.).
- Strong experience in Cosmos DB, Graph QL, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Hands-on with modern tech stacks (Node.js/. NET/Java, React/Angular, etc.).
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Ability to lead technical design discussions and code reviews.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Azure or other cloud certifications.
- Experience working in a Dev Ops environment with CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of other No SQL databases and data integration tools.
- Prior experience in customer-facing enterprise solutions.
