Musthave Technical Recruitment Experience especially freelancers/contract recruitment 1 years of candidate generation recruiting or sourcing experience Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing assessment and closing.

Strong analytics with the ability to create measure and scale the right workflow between candidates hiring managers and the recruiting team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong mentoring skills preferred Mix of consultancy and corporate recruiting experience a plus Your major responsibilities will be: Attracting Global Tech Talent Responsible for managing the complete recruitment life cycle Independently devise and run sourcing strategies Proactively collaborate with business stakeholders.
