We are looking to hire a Senior L&D specialist to work on creating a range of diverse training and curriculum modules and learning infrastructure in building a learning culture and assimilate our employees into our culture, products aligned with corporate vision. This is an evolving role and over a period will include more strategic Talent programs related to building management and leadership training programs.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding Training:
Lead the training aspect of onboarding activities for different lines of businesses
Liaise with managers & leaders to create learning journeys to improve the experience of
new joinees in the first 90 days.
Develop effective induction programs and devise a training strategy for onboarding
Distribute surveys, collect feedback and improve the satisfaction level of new hire training
Training Content:
Establish functional and technical training modules for respective business units
Co-create engaging training content in collaboration with subject matter experts. Productionise the
contents into various delivery methods, including job aids, classroom instruction, and CBT(Class-based
training) & WBT (Web-based Training).
As required may also work with external parties like Videographers to conceptualize and evaluate the
content being designed.
Training Process & Infrastructure:
Evaluate and recommend On-demand learning platforms and critical learning certifications, Assessing
the return on investment of the training programs we run
Keep up to date with the developments in the learning space through Research and
introduce the new technologies to make the Training program efficient
Monitor and review the progress of learners through internal baseline test, learning hours and align key skills building to strategic business needs
Partnering With HR & leadership:
Design and Deliver workshops as assigned, Responsible for L&D intervention projects
provide inputs and consult on learner issues, Discuss and Sign-off on Organizational
Development/Competency based training for future and roll out the plan
Design team specific training training programs, Map training, review content, sign-off and roll out
training for process tools updates and changes. Review External Trainings & Certification requests, approvals, progress and budget tracking (wherever applicable).
