Role & Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module on the Service Now platform.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the SPM framework.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical roadmap for the SPM module, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers and administrators working on the Service Now SPM module.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the SPM module with other Service Now applications.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards in the implementation of portfolio management solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the SPM module, coordinating with support teams as necessary.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in portfolio management and incorporate relevant advancements into the SPM module.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of exp in Service Now
• Proven experience (Min 2 years) in leading and implementing Service Now SPM solutions.
• Strong background in portfolio management processes and methodologies.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Service Now platform configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in Java Script and Service Now scripting languages.
• Experience in integrating Service Now modules with other enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist in SPM (CIS-SPM), CAD and CSA
