Education:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Post Graduate
Work Experience:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Workday recruiting, or 5 to 8 years of experience in Workday HCM
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
- Must be currently Workday certified, prior Workday Partner certified or Workday Pro certified.
- Strong experience in configuring and implementing Workday recruiting.
- In-depth understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
- Proficient in conducting thorough testing and validation of system configurations.
- Experience with data migration and validation processes.
- Excellent training and support skills for end-users.
- Strong documentation skills to ensure clear understanding of system setup and usage.
- Ability to identify and implement enhancements to optimize Workday recruiting functionalities in alignment with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Implementation and Configuration:
Set up and customize Workday recruiting according to system requirements, ensuring it aligns with business needs. - Requirement Analysis:
Collaborate with Global and Local Process Owners to gain a deep understanding of business processes and objectives. Develop tailored solutions within Workday recruiting to meet these needs effectively. - Testing and Validation:
Conduct thorough testing to ensure that configurations are working as expected and are aligned with business requirements. - Data Migration:
Support in managing the migration of data, ensuring data quality, and performing data validation to maintain accurate and reliable information. - Training and Support:
Provide comprehensive training to end-users on how to effectively utilize Workday recruiting, ensuring adherence to defined processes. Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot issues that may arise. - Documentation:
Create clear and concise documentation of requirements, configurations, processes, and user guides to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of the system setup and usage. This includes ensuring sustainability and long-term usability of the documentation. - Optimization and Enhancement:
