What You'll Do:
Design and develop compelling e-learning content that engages and educates a diverse audience.
Leverage your excellent content writing and English skills to create narratives, scenarios, and interactive activities that enhance learning experiences.
Apply instructional learning models to ensure our courses are pedagogically sound and meet the varied learning needs of our audience.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and the development team to produce visually appealing and educationally effective courses.
Use your creativity and understanding of instructional design principles to innovate and push the boundaries of traditional e-learning.
What We Need:
Proven experience (2-5 years) in instructional design, particularly in creating e-learning courses.
Exceptional content writing and English language skills.
A solid understanding of instructional learning models and their application in course development.
Strong visualization skills with the ability to conceptualize engaging videos, scenarios, and interactivities.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Skills:
Proven Experience: 2-5 years in instructional design, especially in creating e-learning courses.
Content Creation: Exceptional content writing and English language skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly.
Instructional Models: Familiarity with instructional learning models (such as ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy) and their application in course development.
Visualization Skills: Strong skills in visualizing and scripting engaging videos, scenarios, and interactivities.
Tech-Savviness: Comfort with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms; experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve issues creatively.
Continuous Learner: A commitment to staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in e-learning and instructional design.
