Role Description
This is an on-site IT Intern role Remotely, for a duration of 8 weeks (Unpaid). The intern will assist with network administration, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring network security. The intern will also provide customer service support for IT-related inquiries and collaborate with the IT team to implement technological solutions. This is a full-time role offering hands-on experience in the field.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge in Network Administration and Information Technology
Skills in Troubleshooting and Network Security
Customer Service skills related to IT inquiries
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Currently enrolled in an IT-related degree program or recent graduate
Ability to work on-site in Hicksville, NY
