Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiting Manager based in Chennai. The Technical Recruiting Manager will lead full-life cycle recruiting, sourcing and selecting qualified technical candidates to address hiring needs. Responsibilities include developing and executing effective hiring strategies, ensuring timely staffing, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce demands. The role also involves managing employee benefits discussions and contributing to building a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Technical Recruiting, Full-life Cycle Recruiting, and Hiring practices
Solid understanding of Employee Benefits and experience in managing related processes
Strong Communication skills, including both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams in English
Ability to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent
Previous experience in a leadership role in technical recruitment is a plus
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software tools
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
