Key Responsibilities as Oracle HRMS & Configuration :
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Self-Service) in Oracle EBS 12.x environments, ensuring alignment with business processes.
System Customization & Support :
- Configure and customize Oracle HRMS workflows, fast formulas, and approval hierarchies to meet organizational policies and compliance Management :
- Implement and optimize Employee/Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS) functionalities, enabling seamless leave requests, profile updates, and approvals.
Data Migration & Integration :
- Migrate legacy HR data to Oracle HRMS using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and ensure integration with Payroll, Time & Labor, and third-party & Analytics :
User Training & Documentation :
- Conduct training sessions for HR teams and end-users on Oracle HRMS functionalities, and create detailed technical/process & Upgrades :
- Resolve functional/technical issues in Core HR, Absence, and Self-Service modules, and support system upgrades/patching
