Job Description The key role of an Operation or implementation person is to ensure execution of campaign , Coordination between Business Team,vendors, and billing team (all teams). And last expect will be timely billing to client Management of communication between the Agency and media partners · Follow-up with creative agencies and media in regard to posting and rotation status, both before and after campaign is live · Manage day-to-day billing projects including: · Monthly billing management · Inputting media plans into billing systems · Monthly budget actualizations Recon · Client Authorizations and Vendor Insertion Orders · Create and manage Client Authorizations and Vendor Insertion Orders · Review billing rates and fees in the billing system. · Assist, as needed, to complete month close process for billing including the finalizing of billing with vendors, gathering all invoices and sharing with Billing contact Qualifications Experience between 1-5 yrs · Strong organization, data management, written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to prioritize and manage workload. · Sense of procedure within a corporate environment. · Strong people skills. · Ability to speak and present before vendors, clients and fellow employees · Understanding of Internet technologies. · Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (excel).
