Role Description
Looking for a proactive Business Analyst with expertise in both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) to bridge business goals with technical solutions. This role focuses on aligning IT/OT systems to drive innovation, efficiency, and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define IT/OT needs.
• Process Improvement: Analyze workflows and recommend tech-driven enhancements.
• Solution Design: Partner with IT/OT teams to develop aligned, effective solutions.
• Documentation: Produce clear specs, reports, and user guides.
• Testing: Oversee validation of systems to ensure they meet business goals.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Ensure smooth communication across business, IT, and OT teams.
• Change Management: Support adoption of new systems through training and resources.

Desirable:
• Maintain IT/OT network connectivity and performance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement cybersecurity measures for OT environments.
