Opportunity to work directly with the FoundersOpportunity to formulate & implement growth strategies for the companyAbout Our ClientOur client is a leading Health Technology company in India with renowned leadership.Job Description● Strategy: Corporate, global & business level strategic planning / AOP; portfolioprioritisation; core and adjacent market opportunity analysis; competitor andcustomer analysis; technology assessment; supply chain strategy; productivityanalysis; Emerging Business Opportunity (EBO) strategy development; etc.● Perform business analysis, recommend competitive strategies, identify new areasof opportunities and re-engineering a wide variety of internal processes● Work on special projects which are essential for the growth of the businesses● Lead projects of strategic importance like organisation restructuring, costoptimisation, new business areas, etc.● Analysis: Understand the growth targets of the company and hence work on variousprograms/schedules/events to meet these goals. Also monitor/track reportprogress on these programs● First touch point to the Founder's office: Anticipating needs, dealing with theunexpected, acting as a liaison between the Executive and staff or the outside world;independently handle the Founder's office and make decisions on variousbusiness activitiesThe Successful Applicant- 5+ years of experience and Management Consulting background with experience of working with the Founder/CXO/Senior leadership in strategic roles - MBA from a Tier 1 institute
