What success looks like in this role: Must possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, LYNC and Skype for Business Server, Office Communications Server (OCS), and Exchange Unified Messaging (UM).
·Should be Strong in Networking concepts and knowledge of Vo IP with Routing & Switching Protocols, TCP/IP, Qo S, SIP, VLANs, and WAN protocols and technologies ·Must have prior experience providing technical support to Enterprise Customers.
·In-depth Knowledge of Media gateways & Session Border Controllers.
·Good Working Experience and understanding of various Codecs (G.711, G.723, G.729 etc.) and Vo IP technology.
·Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.).
·Outstanding attention to detail and capacity to demonstrate continual learning ·Exceptional analytical and problem solving capabilities ·Excellent deductive and inductive reasoning skills ·Strong interpersonal verbal and written skills ·Ability to work both individually and with teams Personal Qualities ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good team player; highly motivated self-starter; good relationship builder with strong diplomacy skills.
