Role : Flex PLM Developer
Experience : 5+Years
Work Mode : Hybrid / Full time
Work Location : Bangalore(Primary), Pune, Chennai & Hyderabad
Responsibilities :
- Participate in the full lifecycle of Flex PLM projects, including development, configuration, customization, migration, and upgrade activities.
- Develop custom solutions and integrations within the Flex PLM environment using relevant technologies and tools.
- Perform Flex PLM configuration tasks based on business requirements, including defining workflows, data models, user roles, and access controls.
- Customize the Flex PLM platform to meet specific business needs through coding, scripting, and other customization techniques.
- Plan and execute Flex PLM migration and upgrade projects, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conduct thorough testing of Flex PLM configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure quality and functionality.
- Provide support for Flex PLM users, including troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and performing root cause analysis.
- Participate in testing and support process walkthroughs to ensure clear understanding and adherence to procedures.
- Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Flex PLM configurations, customizations, and development efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flex PLM releases, features, and best practices.
- Potentially work with Windchill and Thing Worx platforms if required by projects.
- Utilize additional technologies such as TRC (if applicable), Hadoop, Spark, Elastic search, and Selenium based on project needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Flex PLM development, migration, and upgrade projects.
- Proven experience in Flex PLM configuration and customization.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies and experience in participating in support processes.
- Demonstrated ability to perform defect fixing and root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a Hybrid or Full-time model with the primary location being Bangalore, with consideration for candidates in Pune, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Windchill and Thing Worx platforms.
- Familiarity with TRC (if applicable to Will Ware Technologies).
- Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
- Knowledge of search platforms like Elastic search.
- Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium.
- Understanding of PLM business processes and best practices.
- Experience with database technologies relevant to Flex PLM.
- Certifications in PTC Flex PLM or related technologies.
