Job Summary:

SRE / Reliability Engineer (Lead): A SRE/Reliability Engineer at a Lead level is responsible for maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of the infrastructure and applications. They design and implement resilient and scalable systems to ensure high availability and quick recovery. They work with development teams to ensure proper configuration management and effective monitoring of applications.

Job Description:

Core Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills to lead teams of SRE engineers
Experience in defining and implementing SRE processes and best practices
Expertise in advanced SRE concepts like design patterns, algorithms, etc.
Experience in integrating SRE with backend technologies like databases, messaging systems, etc.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices
