About the Role:
We are looking for a professional for the IT Program & Webinar Coordinator role, responsible for providing technical support to the Academic Management area, ensuring the proper functioning of digital platforms and delivering high-quality service to internal users.
This role is key to ensuring the operational continuity of learning environments and the effective execution of digital academic activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to the Academic Management team.
Manage the creation, duplication, and maintenance of LMS campuses.
Administer user onboarding/offboarding and role assignments.
Configure and support synchronous sessions in Zoom.
Integrate academic certificates and badges into campuses (via Accredible).
Edit and publish recordings of synchronous sessions on the platforms.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to implement improvements and integrations.
Ensure high standards of service quality and user support.
Required Skills & Qualification: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English Previous experience in Helpdesk support (Level 1).
Knowledge of tools such as Zoom and Opencast.
Experience managing LMS platforms (preferably Canvas) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Basic knowledge of HTML.
