We are searching for experienced Digital Workplace operations specialists to join our Level 2 Digital Workplace operations team. You will join a newly established support organization based out of different ISS countries. In this role you will provide 2nd level support to ISS global end point services. Services cover wide technical scope, but you are not expected to be experienced in all listed below areas. Your Key Responsibilities: Service requests fulfillment and incidents resolution in the following endpoint management areas:Azure VDI:Application installation / publicationSession host creation / pool creation and updateOn-premises GPO management related to Azure VDIMicrosoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM)Application package creation / distributionAbility to troubleshoot ConfigMgr client logs and package installation logsOS/MS Office/Software Updates managementoperating system deployment via MEMCM, AutopilotMobile device management (Intune) – Windows, iOS, AndroidTroubleshoot and resolve out of the ordinary technical problems and challengesCollaboration with various stakeholders within the IT landscape (Network team, Security team etc.) and close collaboration with Level 3 engineering teamContribution to Knowledge base development (Develop and maintain repeatable processes documents that govern the configuration, administration and maintenance, best practices, SOPs)Ensuring Customer satisfaction and SLA adherence Professional & Personal Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience with listed below technologies:SCCM/Configuration ManagerApplication deployment systems, SCCM, WSUS, PDQ, etc.-Endpoint Management (formerly Intune),Familiarity with at least one of the virtualized client technologiesVDI Azure, Citrix Virtual apps, VMware HorizonExperienced in working with ITIL processes (working with ITSM platforms like Jira, Confluence or similar)Experience with client virtualization technologiesCertifications relevant within the area of responsibility for the position are a plus.Fluent English, both written and oralOn a personal level you can work independently and stay organized when assigned multiple tasks.
