Job description


• Proven track record of sales growth & generating revenue for the company across the UK & Ireland region


• Experience & willingness to work as a stand alone & hands on sales professional


• Experience in researching new business markets and commercial success in executing Business Development strategy and finding profitable new revenue stream


• Experience in selling IT staffing solutions for UK & Ireland primarily contingent staffing in private & public sector.


• Strong strategic mindset and problem-solving skills


• Ability to facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting processes, content, opinions


• Experience in delivering and achieving/exceeding targets and KPIs on a regular basis


• You must have the desire to work as a go getter and thrive for challenges with a can-do attitude


• Willingness to travel extensively for client meeting & developing new business


• Must have experience in successfully managing the internal & external stakeholders and meeting their expectations.


Responsibilities


• This is a greenfield role, and the applicant will be responsible for creating a road map as a standalone & hands on sales professional generating new business for the company and managing their own developed accounts


• Focussed on developing new business client’s and generating revenue for the company.


• Generating sales & revenue for the company in business of IT Staffing


• Discuss the sales strategy with the operational & functional heads before it’s execution & implementation.


• Opening a new line of business for the company by generating new end client’s.


• Develop and maintain a long-lasting and mutually beneficial working relationships with the client’s


• Responsible for operating through your own sales database & senior network of industry professionals for generating the new business development & revenue for the company
