Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tele Calling & Monitoring Executive position based in Guwahati. The role involves engaging with customers via phone, achieving targeted sales goals, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, monitoring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and supporting the sales team by following up on leads. The role requires a target-oriented mindset, proactive communication, and high levels of professionalism.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in verbal and written communication
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively over the phone
Organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records and manage time efficiently
Basic computer literacy with experience in MS Office tools and CRM systems
Customer service orientation and ability to handle client queries with a positive attitude
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an advantage
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in the local language of Guwahati and English is highly desirable
