Job Description:
We're seeking enthusiastic, motivated tele-callers to join our team. This is a non-sales role, focused on communication and customer service. No pressure of meeting targets—just honest conversations and helping our clients stay informed.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients
Complete project responsibilities - acquisition to delivery
Share information about our products/services and events
Address customer inquiries with professionalism
Maintain updated customer records
Deliver high-quality customer service and build rapport
Requirements:
Freshers welcome
Ability to get the right target audience to register for conferences & ensuring they attend - acquisition - delivery
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to work in a team
