About the role
Work with luxury lifestyle creator with an engaged Instagram community. We need a trusted and highly motivated manager to keep the content machine humming—planning posts, assisting the creator with shoots, brainstorm ideas, coordinating editors, and handling brand emails—so the creator can focus on creativity.
What you’ll do
- Plan and schedule a visually cohesive Instagram grid (Later/Buffer).
- Brainstorm hooks, storylines, and Reels concepts.
- Brief video/photo editors, track revisions, and secure on‑time delivery.
- Manage brand inbox: vet briefs, negotiate deliverables, prep draft responses.
- Monitor analytics; deliver a one‑page performance report every Friday.
- Light EA tasks (calendar, prop orders, travel bookings) that keep shoots on track.
Must‑have skills
- A vision of what luxury instagram profile looks like. Clean and aesthetic. You must be willing to adapt and learn so that you align with the creators vision of what true luxury content is.
- 1+ yr hands‑on Instagram or Tik Tok content scheduling & analytics.
- Proven eye for design (send a link to an IG grid you’ve shaped).
- Excellent written English; clear, professional email style.
- Familiar with Later, Canva/Figma, Google Workspace, and basic video‑editing tools.
Nice‑to‑haves
- Experience negotiating creator brand deals.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Notion, or Asana.
- Ability to edit short‑form video in Cap Cut, Premiere, or similar.
