About Trackzio :

Trackzio Mobile Application Private Limited is a 8 month old studio startup making Gamified Mental and Physical Health apps as well as productivity apps.

We aim to make life better for our users, our target audience is global and we aim to build multiple apps in the coming years.

We have a runway of atleast 3-4 years.

Key Responsibilities :

- User Research + Insights : Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights that inform design decisions.

- Wireframing + Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to define the structure and functionality of features.

- Collaborate Cross-functionally : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.

- Iterative Design : Use data-driven design methodologies to iterate on product features, ensuring the user experience is continuously refined and improved.

- User Interface (UI) Design : Collaborate with UI designers to translate UX wireframes into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

- Stay Updated : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our products at the cutting edge of design.

- Advocate for the User : Champion a user-first mindset within the company, ensuring all design choices support an optimal experience for end-users.

- Company/app level branding : Appstore/playstore icons, screenshots, ad assets

- Interaction design

- Animations (lottie)

What We're Looking For :

- Experience : 3-8 years of experience in UX design, ideally working on productivity or health-related applications.

- Design Tools : Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Up for learning and implementing new things

- User-Centered Approach : Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and usability best practices.

- Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, particularly focused on mobile apps.

- Problem Solving : Ability to take complex user needs and business requirements and translate them into simple, engaging user experiences.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.

- Collaboration : Experience working in an agile environment with product managers and development teams.

Nice to Have :

- Basic understanding of front-end development to better communicate design specifications.

- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and guidelines.
