we are seeking a talented and experienced Unity / Unreal Developer with expertise in Web RTC and C++ Bridge development.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing an SDK for video conferencing, live streaming, and interactive experiences in gaming, VR, and AR applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enable seamless communication and real-time collaboration.

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Unity / Unreal-based SDKs for video conferencing, live streaming, and interactive experiences.

Implement Web RTC functionality and ensure smooth integration with Unity / Unreal Engine.

Build and optimize C++ bridges between Unity / Unreal and Web RTC to enable real-time communication and data exchange.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement SDK features and functionalities.

Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and provide technical guidance to other team members.

Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, optimize system performance, and improve scalability.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends related to video conferencing, live streaming, gaming, VR, and AR.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Solid experience in Unity and/or Unreal Engine development.

Proficiency in C# and/or C++ programming languages.

Strong understanding of Web RTC protocols, standards, and implementation.

Experience in developing and integrating Web RTC functionalities into Unity / Unreal Engine projects.

Knowledge of networking protocols, codecs, and media streaming technologies.

Familiarity with video conferencing, live streaming, gaming, VR, and AR concepts and technologies.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in developing video conferencing or live streaming solutions.

Familiarity with popular video streaming platforms and APIs.

Experience with cross-platform development (Windows, mac OS, i OS, Android).

Knowledge of other game development frameworks and tools (e.g., Unity ML-Agents, Unreal Blueprints).

Understanding of real-time multiplayer networking concepts and technologies.

Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects demonstrating relevant skills.
