The Role
You'll be the person responsible for how Zepcruit feels to every candidate, recruiter, and HR leader who touches our platform. This is not a "make it pretty" role. This is a "design is the product" role.
You'll work directly with the founder and product team. No layers. No waiting for approvals to chain through five people.

What You'll Own
- End-to-end UI/UX for Zepcruit's web platform — dashboards, candidate flows, recruiter workflows, onboarding screens
- Wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups (from concept to handoff)
- User research — interviews, usability testing, translating insights into design decisions
- Design system — building and maintaining components, tokens, and usage guidelines
- Collaboration with developers to ensure pixel-accurate implementation
- Iterate based on real usage data, not assumptions

What We're Looking For in You
- A portfolio: No portfolio = no conversation. Show us real work, case studies, or even personal projects. We care about your thinking more than the final screens.
- Curiosity: You should be the kind of person who screenshots UI patterns you like and has opinions about why they work.
- Speed: Startups move fast. If you need three weeks to produce a wireframe, this isn't the right place.
- Ownership: You'll be trusted with real product decisions. Act like it.
