Our client is a well-established and leading player in the Investment Banking space, with a strong focus across diversified sectors including Industrials, Healthcare, Consumer, and Technology. The firm advises on transactions ranging up to USD 500 million in deal value.
Role: Asst Vice President/ Vice President - Location: Bangalore
Key responsibilities:
Analysing and evaluating companies across market landscape,
Pitch & positioning solutions to clients through high-quality presentations, investment collaterals
Transaction execution including reviewing financial models, pitch/presentations, transaction structuring, due diligence, valuations and documentation for effective deal management and closures.
Business Development/Sector Coverage Strong business development and commercial acumen, responsible for originating business pipeline.
Building and nurturing relationships with pools of capital across financial institutions, working independently as well as with senior team members on PE/VC Fund Raising & M&A transaction execution as well as client pitches & business development.
Experience: 5- 9 years of relevant investment banking experience
Qualification: CFA/ CA / MBA from top tier Institutes
Preference will be given to dynamic candidates with strong front-end execution capabilities and a proven ability to drive Deals and M&A transactions . The role requires hands-on expertise in transaction execution, valuations, client management, pitch presentations , sector coverage, and investor relations.
Mandatory skills – accomplished individual with significant prior deal and transaction execution exposure.
