Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, marketing efforts, and client communications.
This role requires someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and has excellent communication skills.
You’ll work closely with the business owner to manage tasks ranging from calendar scheduling to market research, customer follow-up, and online presence management.
Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct product pricing research and competitive analysis.
Research and identify relevant product conferences and industry events in the USA.
Client Relations: Follow up with B2 B customers via email or phone.
Assist in maintaining customer relationships and managing communication logs.
Administrative Support: Manage the owner's calendar and book appointments using Google Calendar and Calendly.
Track and manage business expenses using spreadsheets.
Book travel or conduct travel research and provide cost-effective recommendations.
Marketing & Social Media: Create and manage a content calendar for Facebook and Instagram targeting brick-and-mortar stores in the U.
S.
Schedule and post content regularly to maintain a consistent online presence.
E-Commerce Support: Oversee or coordinate the creation of a Shopify website, working with designers or developers as needed.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a virtual assistant, marketing coordinator, or similar role.
Strong research and organizational skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Calendly, Facebook/Instagram Business Suite, and Shopify.
Proficiency in managing spreadsheets and tracking budgets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail, e-commerce, or B2 B sectors.
